| Jason Campbell (mug shot SCSO) A man from Reeds Spring who is currently on probation for burglary has been charged with receiving stolen property and theft. Court records say a man who owns 40 acres of land on Highway OO to store his heavy equipment noticed equipment missing from the property late last month and notified the sheriff's office. When a deputy contacted a scrap yard in Reeds Spring he was told that Jason Devron Campbell, 43, had allegedly just scrapped a drive shaft and a radiator at the business. Further investigation revealed that Campbell had recently scrapped several pieces of heavy duty equipment and a metal sink that was allegedly stolen from the man's property. Campbell, who was shot nine times in a domestic disturbance in 2010, is being held in the Stone County jail on $25,000 bond. |
